North Naples Park Shore Plaza Construction Well Under Way

Initiating redevelopment work earlier this year, Thompkins Contracting, Inc. continues to work through final phases of their Park Shore Plaza project. The newly renovated Naples shopping center is now well underway and should be open to the public in the upcoming months. T.C.I. has been contracted for erosion control, earthwork, paving, curbing, signage, striping, and underground utility services. The Park Shore Plaza is a 246,790 square foot shopping center that will feature retail locations including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Burlington Stores, HomeGoods, The Fresh Market, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree. The Plaza is located at 4111-4383 Tamiami Trail in North Naples.
