TCI's Walmart Liquor Expansion Project Underway
Thompkins Contracting, Inc. has begun demolition work for the Liquor Box expansion project at Walmart Supercenter, located at 11225 Tamiami Trail N Naples, FL.
T.C.I. has been contracted for the bulk of the site development including demolition, erosion control, potable water, asphalt paving, import of fill and baserock materials, sidewalks, curbing, signage and striping, sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation, dewatering, and utility testing. TCI expects the project to be completed in mid March, 2017.
